Nu Start Community Enterprise supports, encourages and empowers young people and their community to reach and fulfil their potential by tapping into resources that will allow them to achieve economically, physically and educationally.
In turn, our work in developing community-based projects and referring young people to work placements and educational courses will benefit their peers, family, and surrounding community, leading to safer neighbourhoods, higher attainment and a better environment.
OBJECTIVE
To act as a resource for young people and young adults up to the age of 21 years living in London and surrounding areas by providing advice and assistance and organising education programmes and other activities as a means of advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals
To relieve the charitable needs of women for the public benefit in London and the surrounding areas, in particular, but not exclusively by the provision of training, counselling, advice and support.

Personal Insight and Identity Outcome
At Nu Start Community Enterprise, we believe true empowerment begins within. Through our Personal Insight & Identity Programme, young people discovered not just who they are but who they can become.
They learned to embrace their uniqueness, build self-confidence, and channel their stories into strength. They developed resilience, leadership, and a renewed sense of purpose. They walked away not only understanding themselves better, but also ready to positively impact their communities.
THE RESULT
A new generation of bold voices, dream chasers, and changemakers, young people who no longer see limitations, but possibilities.
Because when identity is discovered, potential is unlocked.

Tech and Future Outcome
The future isn’t waiting, it’s here.
Through Nu Start’s Tech & Future Initiative, young people gained the tools, skills, and confidence to step boldly into tomorrow.
They explored digital literacy, coding, and creative innovation. They discovered how technology can transform careers, communities, and everyday life. They connected with mentors, collaborated on real-world projects, and built futures that once felt out of reach.
THE RESULT
Young people who once saw technology as distant now see it as their language, their opportunity, their future.
Meet kyle, 17 years old, who said:
“I used to feel behind because I did not know much about tech. Now I am building an app idea that would contribute to bettering the economy. For the first time, I feel like the future has space for me.”
At Nu Start, it’s not just about keeping up with the future, it’s about creating it.
Society and Culture

Society and Culture Outcome
At NuStart, we know that young people thrive when they feel seen, heard, and connected. Through our Society & Culture Programme, we created safe spaces where voices mattered, stories were shared, and diverse cultures were celebrated.
Young people expressed themselves through art, music, and storytelling. They built bridges across backgrounds, learning empathy, respect, and teamwork. They discovered the power of culture not as a barrier, but as a bond.
THE RESULT
A new wave of young leaders who are proud of their roots, confident in their voices, and ready to build stronger, united communities.
Meet Rahim, 16 years old, who said:
“I used to feel like I did not belong anywhere. Now, I am proud of my culture and I want to help others feel the same pride in who they are.”
At Nu Start, we are not just shaping individuals; we are shaping a society where everyone belongs.
