PURPOSE
Sweet Southern Plantain Flour brand created a plantain flour brand that reduces blood glucose level, contains antioxidant compounds that prevent diseases, provides vitamins, prevents colon cancer and lowers triglycerides in the blood for consumers
Chukwudi strategically highlighted on the product benefits in the design of the package and created a transparent see through area on the product package for buyers to approve the product and make a buy. The purpose of the see through area on the packaging, is to gain the trust of potential consumers and product validation
OUTCOME
Sweet Southern Plantain Flour gained satisfactory growth in the second year after its launch, taking the 6th place as a market leader in it's category
